Today is my 29th birthday. God has been great to me this year. I have many new friends, and my book has been published. Hoping for more poems to write. Good ideas I have but seem to be stuck in writing them into a poem lately. Can't get my mind to hurry and my hand is slow. Great lovely poems that Richard Attfield has written have inspired me though. One of these days I'll post a new poem on here.

Happy, happy birthday, dear Kimberly! I loved your bluebonnet poem. You will have other inspiration in time and place - sometimes when you least expect it. I hope you enjoy your birthday and a blessed year ahead!

I received your book as a door prize at an evening for Special Moms at Austin Hill Country Bible Church in August. I read every poem and was thrilled with your deep thoughts and love of God. I marvel at your art work as well. I met you years ago at Chrissy Elliott's birthday party. Our son Tim and Chrissy were in school together. I am so glad to know you are a published author. I look forward to reading more of your poetry.
