My latest poem:
Masks
Masks often hide what we
are inside.
Language can rob us if we
aim to deceive.
Things are not as they seem
as we escape,
Creating the illusion that we
are not here.
Fear can steal our joy
and make us mute.
Reaching out for help is how
we can overcome.
God will remove our masks
as we admit our need.
Reaching out to Jesus
is our salvation.
